The Other Essential Exercise

I have written before about the importance of back exercises. Your back is one body area you really need to keep strong and supple. There are plenty of back exercises on my website for you to choose from. Many of my video exercise programs contain back exercises. See the back issues link below (July, 2014 tip) for 2 exercises I suggest you try first.

The other very important type of exercise is breathing exercises. While I don't always do back exercises every day, I do breathing exercises EVERY day. Sometimes just for 5 minutes, sometimes for 15 or 20 minutes. That's all you need.

There simply is no better way to clear your mind or to boost your energy or to wind down before sleeping. The key is to DO THEM DAILY. And the more you do them the more you'll benefit.
