Better Exercise Programs + Discount
August 17, 2016

I have upgraded the web video players I use in my health and exercise programs. The players I've been using for the past 10 years have done the job, but the new features make them better.

1. Each video player is now half the file size of the old one, so they load and play faster.

2. Each player has its own download button meaning easier downloading for offline viewing.

3. If you're using a mobile device such as an iPhone or iPad the video player automatically knows this and presents a mobile-friendly version of the video.

If you already have a program check out these features. They will automatically be there when you open your program. You may have to refresh the page though so the new players load.

If you don't yet have a program, for the next few days you can get any 1 for $9.95 (50% off). There are programs for longevity, sleep, back, neck, waist, anxiety and others. Each program includes relevant dietary and lifestyle advice to enhance the benefits.

Read about them here.

The discount is only for my email subscribers and won't be advertised on the site, so once you've made your choice email me and I'll send you a PayPal request. As soon as it's processed I'll send you a link to the program.

Any questions let me know - I've been doing these exercises and showing others for over 25 years.
