Bad Mood Remedy

Next time you are in a bad mood there is a quick and easy way to make yourself feel better. Do the bellows breath.

The bellows breath floods your system with fresh oxygen (which makes you feel better) while at the same time getting rid of stale air and impurities in your lungs and airways. It is also a great exercise to do when you have a cough or a cold and when you are tired.
