Amazon.com Health Products I Use
Every day I get emails from people asking what they can do for their health problems and I am happy to help. Sometimes I suggest specific exercises or dietary changes or a visit to a herbalist or acupuncturist.
Often I suggest self help products.
Unfortunately, I can't answer every request for health advice. So a couple of days ago I published a list of products for people to better help themselves. Products I actually use myself.
Since I started following the Chinese way of health and natural health in general, 22 years ago, I have used dozens of products.
Some, like Chinese herbal medicine, I prescribed to my patients in Australia. Many others, though, are self help products I recommend to people so they can take better control of their health and reduce their need for professional help.
After all it's YOUR body and YOU can do more for it than anyone else.
The self help products and tools on my list are inexpensive and easy to use and they stop many health problems like:
Sore muscles and joints
Back and neck pain
Insect bites and stings
Weak wrists and hands
Rough, dry skin
Blood and lymph toxins
Poor overall health and fitness, and more
Each product (or a similar one) can be found on Amazon.com or elsewhere. Amazon, in particular, provides customer reviews of its products, which is a very useful feature.

Any questions about how and why I use these products let me know.
All the best,
