Acupuncture For Sinus

I got an email this week from a woman asking about acupuncture for sinus pain and headache. Her particular problem is terrible sinus and nasal pain, worse in the morning, with swelling, puffy eyes, forehead headaches and allergies.

In Chinese medicine these types of problems usually require a multi-pronged approach. Acupuncture is very good at stopping the pain but other therapies are usually also needed to bring about a full cure. Sinus and allergy issues are extremely common these days so I posted my full reply on the website for all to see.
