Ab Lift For Weight Loss
I've recommended the Ab Lift for weight loss previously. Back then I directed you to an article I wrote about it. Today I have a video clip showing you how to do it, in response to a request for more details. The clip is from the Chinese Long Life Exercise Program.
Even if you don't have excess belly fat the Ab Lift is good for you. It gives your abdominal organs an invigorating massage and it aids digestion and bowels. Few people can say they don't need benefits like these.
Now, if you do have excess belly fat the Ab Lift won't be the only thing you need to do. Obviously you will need to also do some kind of enjoyable heart-pumping exercise several times a week, plus cut out all empty calories in your diet.
