$10.00 Exercise Programs On The Way
March 16, 2016

A quick message to everyone who accepted my offer of a $10 program:

I'm currently visiting a Chinese city called Nanning and the net speed in the hotel is so slow I need to wait till I get back home on Saturday (18th) to process your requests. Sorry for your wait.

My offer is still open for those who would like a program at half price (see below)...

I've received a few emails lately asking why I haven't sent out many health tips recently. Although I have focused these past few months on building my new site my exercises website is still very much alive.

Traditional Chinese exercises will always be useful. I've been doing them myself since about 1987. Every day in the parks here in China I see people doing their daily workout of loosening, stretching, breathing and self-massage exercises.

I've visited perhaps 20 cities in China and it's the same in each one – adults of all ages starting their day in a park doing gentle, free-flowing, calisthenic type exercises for body and mind.

These are the same types of exercises in the programs on my website. If you don't yet have a program please accept this special offer to get started:

$10.00 for any 1 program.

See the Programs page for details of each one then contact me with your choice. I'll then send you a PayPal invoice for you to make your payment, after which I will send you a link to access your program.

All the best, folks!
